Can you complete our security questionnaire?
Yes. Controls are built on NIST 800-53; the founder holds CISSP, CCSP, AIGP and AAISM (ISC2, IAPP, ISACA) and answers questionnaires personally. SOC 2 Type I is on the roadmap and we say so plainly — we will not claim it before it is attained.
Will you register in our procurement portal?
Yes — vendor portals, supplier questionnaires, and onboarding workflows are part of the engagement, not a surcharge.
Does your insurance meet standard facility-services requirements?
Coverage is $5M liability per operation with additional-insured naming available. Send your requirements with the pack request and we confirm against them directly.
How is pricing structured for procurement?
Fixed-price SOW per engagement, scoped before signature. No hourly billing, no change-order culture — the founding-rate scan is a single line item.
